Lin Yuan groggily opened his eyes and saw Launch's beautiful eyes.

She had changed into a light blue dress, her blue hair fluttering in the wind and gleaming softly beneath the sunlight.

"Young people, I wish you happiness." The old man smiled kindly, his eyes narrowing into slits. "You remind me of myself and my wife when we were young."

Launch and Lin Yuan did not stand on ceremony and accepted the bracelets. After bidding the old man farewell, they returned to their house.

Along the way, Launch kept asking Lin Yuan whether she looked cool and whether she was amazing.

Otherwise, she would mutter to herself things like, "The bracelet is so beautiful. I'm going to treasure it for the rest of my life."

Lin Yuan had never expected blonde Launch to have such a girlish side.

The next day, the two set out for their next destination: Hot Spring Town in the north.

It was said that the hot springs there had miraculous effects, capable of curing fatigue and soothing the soul.

They were already close to their destination, and a towering snow mountain came into view.

A bus heading up the mountain had stopped right in the path of the avalanche.

Launch looked down nervously and saw a massive silver-white shockwave surge toward the white tidal wave, forcibly carving out a safe area.

After the avalanche had passed, the passengers slowly opened their eyes. Seeing that everyone was safe and sound, they erupted into cheers of surviving the disaster.

But when they got off the bus to search for the black-haired young man, he was already nowhere to be seen.
