Microscopic Level? (Please Bookmark, Please Recommend)

After deciding to relocate the base, Dong Nanbiao's warrior force was the first to act, clearing out as many powerful Monsters along the route as possible.

"Did something happen?"

Lu Yunhe looked at the lecturing Dong Nanbiao with some confusion. The latter had not told everyone about the decision, only that this was a special warrior operation.

Based on the experience of the Great Cataclysm, unless the mass relocation officially began, the news could not be spread in advance.

However, many of the warriors present were highly experienced and had vaguely guessed what was going on. Still, they kept it to themselves. They only needed to follow orders from above.

"Begin the operation!"

With a sweep of Dong Nanbiao's hand, 151 warriors set off for the wilderness in groups of three or four.

"At last, I can fight real Monsters!"

Lu Yunhe was excited as well. During the Great Cataclysm, he had killed quite a few Monsters, but those creatures had not even reached Beast Soldier Level and could only barely be considered wild beasts.

So even though Lu Yunhe's current combat strength could rival a Beginner War General, he had never personally killed a proper Monster.

Unfortunately, just as Lu Yunhe wanted to take the opportunity to join a squad, sharp-eyed Dong Nanbiao stopped him.

"You've never coordinated with them before. Wouldn't joining them rashly just get them killed? So follow me instead!"

Dong Nanbiao snorted coldly. How could he possibly feel at ease throwing Lu Yunhe into the wilderness alone? Even if he died, he had to ensure this genius survived.

Hearing Dong Nanbiao's words, the four personal guards beside him studied Lu Yunhe curiously.

Although Dong Nanbiao's reasoning was sound, how could they coordinate if they never fought together? This youth had to be hiding some other secret.

"I've never heard that Instructor Dong had an illegitimate son outside."

The four guards exchanged glances and tacitly chose not to ask. They obediently followed behind.

"Our target is the Blood Demon Wolf King in East Valley, a Lord Level Monster."

Dong Nanbiao revealed the purpose of their group. The other warrior squads were to kill as many Monsters along the way as possible, while their objective was to eliminate this Lord-level Monster blocking the only route to Jiangnan City.

In the early days of the Great Cataclysm, coastal cities faced threats from the sea, but because of the previous urbanization, they faced considerably less pressure from land-based Monsters. It was a kind of balance ordained by heaven.

The five of them moved through the wilderness. Although their target was the wolf king in the valley, Dong Nanbiao did not hesitate to give any Monsters they encountered along the way a taste of his axe.

After all, this involved relocating over a million people. It was not something that could be completed in an instant, so they had plenty of time.

"Hmm, an F-rank Shadow Cat!"

Not long after entering the wilderness, the group encountered their first Advanced Beast Soldier-level Monster.

Like humans, Monsters were divided into three tiers: Beast Soldier, Beast General, and Lord Level, corresponding respectively to Warriors, War Generals, and War Gods.

Seeing a team led by a War God, with four Intermediate Generals and an Intermediate Warrior, the Shadow Cat could not discern their exact strength, but its instinctive sense of mortal danger still drove it to flee frantically.

Unfortunately, just as the Shadow Cat prepared to turn and run, Dong Nanbiao blocked its path.

"Yunhe, this Monster is yours. Use it to get some practice."

Although Lu Yunhe's power technique was formidable, Shadow Cats were known for their speed. Dong Nanbiao felt it should give him quite a bit of trouble.

This isn't the kind of training I wanted!

Lu Yunhe sighed inwardly. Although this was his first time facing a Monster head-on, and it was an Advanced Warrior-level one at that, having a War God standing guard made it completely unexciting.

Besides, who does this tiny Beast Soldier think it's looking down on?

Lu Yunhe stepped past the others, weapon in hand, and took a step forward, staring directly at the trapped beast.

Perhaps realizing it could not escape, the Shadow Cat launched a frenzied attack at the weak-looking human before it. Even if it died, it would not let its enemy off easily.

"Fast!"

Although the Shadow Cat was quick, it was not fast enough to surpass Lu Yunhe's neural reaction speed.

The distance of several dozen meters took the Shadow Cat less than a second to cross. It became a black blur and rushed before Lu Yunhe.

"Hiss!"

At such close range, Lu Yunhe could even smell the stench of feces on it.

This cat hasn't bathed in ages!

Lu Yunhe commented inwardly. With a slight tilt of his head, he evaded the claw aimed at his neck without moving his feet an inch.

Unfortunately, the Shadow Cat had survived in the wilderness for so long that it was battle-hardened as well.

When its claw missed, its whip-like tail lashed viciously toward Lu Yunhe's body.

With the strength of an Advanced Beast Soldier, that tail could split even a steel plate in two. Naturally, Lu Yunhe did not dare take it head-on and could only shift his feet to dodge.

What a failure!

Lu Yunhe sighed inwardly. Against a mere Beast Soldier, he had actually needed to move his feet. His training truly was not good enough yet.

Since his body was already in motion, Lu Yunhe simply stopped holding back. A point of cold light flashed from its sheath, followed by a sword strike like thunder.

Twofold Force!

Speed was strength, but strength was also speed. Under twofold combined force, by the time the Shadow Cat sensed the danger, Lu Yunhe's alloy sword had already reached its ear.

It was only an apprentice-level Monster, utterly unable to escape the limits of its bodily structure. Even if its hide could withstand bullets, its vulnerable parts remained vulnerable.

Rip!

The gleaming silver sword tip pierced through its ear and straight through its head with nearly eight tons of force.

In a single exchange, Lu Yunhe killed it instantly despite being a full minor realm above him.

"That was Microscopic Level movement, right?"

The four personal guards watching Lu Yunhe dispatch the enemy so effortlessly widened their eyes in disbelief.

"This is Microscopic Level?"

Scarface, the only one among the four guards whose movement technique had reached Microscopic Level, could not make sense of it either. It felt nothing like his own Microscopic Level.

"Enough. Let's continue. Leave all the Monsters on the way to Lu Yunhe!"

Unlike the stunned guards, Dong Nanbiao remained completely unfazed. Compared to creating the Guidance Technique and combat techniques, superior movement was nothing. He had expected it long ago.

"Yes!"

The group then continued toward their target, leaving every Monster along the way to Lu Yunhe.

The wilderness was still dominated by Beast Soldier-level Monsters. Moreover, it had already been swept by military firepower, so Beast General-level Monsters were not very numerous.

The only Beginner Beast General they encountered along the way was also easily dealt with by Lu Yunhe, shocking everyone once more.

As for Intermediate and Advanced Beast Generals, they no longer fought alone and had underlings, so the group handled them together.

After a day of fighting, they finally arrived outside the wolf king's valley.
