Background / History
The Path of Professions bound cultivators to the world and allowed its rule-like Origin Will to develop vitality comparable to intelligent life. That connection worked both ways: the consciousness was deeply influenced by the world's inhabitants. When professionals rebelled, they exposed its location 905.
The World Consciousness reincarnated repeatedly in an attempt to become a true lifeform. Lu Yunhe eventually found it in the body of a beggar and enslaved it with his Soul Slavery technique and Source World soul root. It accepted him as its master and acknowledged him as the “Lord of the Dream World” 905.
Its cooperation removed the resistance Lu Yunhe had faced while refining the World Core. He branded the Origin Land with his soul imprint and made the World Origin part of himself, taking authority above the World Consciousness 906.
