The Will of the Origin possesses the highest native authority within a Source World, but its authority is constrained by the world's own rules. It cannot freely act against a threat that has not violated those rules. 905

Most World Wills are mechanical, with instincts shaped by rule operation rather than independent thought. Within their own Source World, a master can influence life and death, restore historical lifeforms, and move beings across time through the world's rules. This control remains rule-based and cannot completely override the uniqueness of individual lifeforms. 908
