The Pistons' fallen crown prince—Rodney Stuckey.

"Zhou is just a player who relies on his athleticism. While he currently has a certain degree of dominance on the court, once his physical gifts decline, he'll only become an ordinary player. Can he be like Michael Jordan and still remain one of the league's best players at the age of thirty-four or thirty-five?"

"Fine, I admit that Zhou will make the Hall of Fame someday, but he'll never reach the heights of Mount Rushmore. That's right, what I mean is, he definitely won't make the top ten in NBA history."

Stuckey said this without hesitation during an interview with ESPN.

Rodney Stuckey had been the 15th overall pick in the first round of the 2007 draft. After Chauncey Billups was traded in 2008, the Pistons forcibly elevated him into their "core point guard." His usage rate was as high as 25.8%, the highest on the team, but his efficiency rating was only 13.9, far below the league average of 15.

The reason he was called the "fallen crown prince" was twofold. First, his inefficient play stood in stark contrast to the team's declining record. Second, in last year's matchup against the Lakers, this young prince, in whom the team had placed such high hopes, had gotten the shit beaten out of him by Zhou Ze.
