Maki's gaze fell on Choso.
Itadori scratched his head. "I forgot to introduce him. He's sort of my older brother."

Not just Maki—everyone else was bewildered as well. "Since when did you have an older brother?"
Itadori gave an awkward smile. "It's a little complicated to explain, but I can guarantee he's on our side."

With Itadori's assurance, Maki and the other sorcerers relaxed.

"And your hair..." Kugisaki asked in surprise as well.
Because of Lin Mu's influence, Kugisaki had not been severely injured by Mahito and could still travel with Itadori and the others.
Maki now wore a sharp, short haircut. Though she had not been burned by Jogo in the Shibuya battle this time, she had still cut off her long hair.
Her presence had also become colder and more severe than before.
"Long hair gets in the way, so I cut it."
