Chapter Summaries

Sukuna escalated his attack on Lin Mu by summoning Mahoraga and a repaired fused shikigami, turning the fight into a three-on-one battle. Lin Mu used the Uchiha Gunbai to absorb and reflect [Hiten]'s strike, destroying the fused shikigami and then crushing Mahoraga.

• Sukuna summoned Mahoraga and brought the repaired fused shikigami into the fight against Lin Mu.
• Sukuna used [Kamutoke] to call down lightning, but the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path absorbed the bolts as the Wood Golem, the statue, and the Nine-Tails began moving.
• Sukuna charged [Hiten] with cursed energy and hurled it at Lin Mu, who braced with the Uchiha Gunbai.

Lin Mu’s reflected attack badly injured Sukuna, but Sukuna recovered while Mahoraga regenerated and adapted to Susanoo. With his surveillance crows down, Gojo led the special-grade sorcerers toward the battlefield as Sukuna unleashed the World-Cutting Slash.

• Itadori and the others watched the battle footage, but Mei Mei’s crows could not get close enough to see who had won, and Gojo said the fight was not over.

Kenjaku appeared after the Culling Game ended and began merging Tengen with every human in Japan, shrugging off attacks from Satoru Gojo and Lin Mu. As a towering figure formed in the cursed energy storm, an ancient man in Divine Xia sensed that Tengen had died.

• Kenjaku appeared before the group, and Kogane announced that the Culling Game had ended just as Satoru Gojo attacked him with Red.
• Kenjaku remained unharmed by Red and claimed Sukuna had only been a troublesome pawn; when Uraume attacked him, a wave of cursed energy killed her.
• Kenjaku unleashed a massive cursed energy storm, while a Wood Clone protected Itadori and the others and another secretly carried Sukuna's corpse away.
• Satoru Gojo recognized that Kenjaku was merging Tengen with every human in Japan, and Lin Mu and Gojo attacked him without effect.
• Kenjaku declared the merger unstoppable as a towering figure began to take shape, and an ancient man deep underground in Divine Xia sensed Tengen's death.

Kenjaku completed his assimilation and emerged as a colossal fused cursed spirit that threatened all of Japan. Lin Mu and Satoru Gojo defeated it with their combined attacks, ending Kenjaku’s threat and saving the jujutsu world.
