"Look, now it's just the two of us," Lady Octopus said leisurely, watching Peter.

"Mm-hmm, yeah, so are you treating me to crab roe buns for breakfast? I'm hungry anyway," Peter asked solemnly.

"And would you let me study you?" Lady Octopus said with a smile. "Don't worry, I'll only cut off a tiny piece."

Peter shook his head. "I'm not an onion. Why would you slice me?"

Actually, he really had considered studying Blonde Spider-Man's current physical condition.
