Lately, a lot of readers have said that the power scaling in this book wasn't clear enough, so I opened a separate chapter to explain it.
Above the Four Emperors, I added Ancient Weapons. In terms of destructive power alone, Ancient Weapons absolutely deserved that position.
Some people also felt that Admirals weren't actually that weak. Akainu had no problem fighting a Four Emperor like Whitebeard, so Akainu might not necessarily have been weaker than a Four Emperor.
Yeah, that made some sense. I had no rebuttal.
But the power scaling I mentioned merely set thresholds for these combat units. Did I ever say that an Admiral at level 85 would definitely lose to a Four Emperor at level 90? Haven't there been plenty of examples of Luffy defeating stronger opponents?
The more important the people in a battle were, the harder it was to determine a winner. Aokiji and Akainu fought for ten days and ten nights—who knew how long Red-Hair and Big Mom could last? No idea. I could only guess.
Alright, I'm going back to writing. I have something to do this afternoon, and I still have one chapter left to write. I'll definitely post this chapter before midnight!
