The Chief hesitated at Reg's question, but finally made up his mind. "These two Dials went extinct on Sky Island a long time ago."
"Extinct?"
Seeing the Chief's serious expression, Reg grew serious too.
"They only existed on Sky Island centuries ago, and they're extremely rare... This one shaped like a conch is called a Burning Dial. The other, which looks like an Impact Dial, is called a Reject Dial."

Reg's eyes widened as he sucked in a breath... This was truly unexpected.
He'd thought it might be able to reach a swordsman's "cutting steel" level, but he hadn't expected it to be so much more powerful than he'd imagined.
"It's empty right now... About 0 Flame Dials' worth of energy should fill it, and then it can be used for 10 seconds."
