The players in all three buildings stood on full alert, their cannons aimed at the sky.

A long time passed, but not a single figure appeared overhead.

Nor did anyone come out of the Mad King Building.

Only when a dormitory door was smashed open would a player catch a glimpse of a black Vortex Gate appearing to take away the Mad King Building residents inside.

The players in all three buildings were baffled.

"Are we still fighting?"

"Something's wrong. Very, very wrong!"

"I say we stop and figure out what Xu Lang and the Mad King Building are up to first!"

"Agreed!"

"I think we could try crossing the bridge... Xu Lang and the others really do seem to have given up."

"No way! Given up? The Mad King Building isn't some innocent maiden who'll let you have your way with her!"

Speculation and doubt flew thick and fast. The continuous cannon fire even began to falter.

About five minutes later, a tenth of the Mad King Building's dormitories had been destroyed, and a player tentatively stepped onto the stone bridge.

He was a player from the Evil King Building.

His face looked as though acid had ravaged it. He resembled a fiend, and one glance was enough to tell he was ruthless.

The players in all three Dormitory Buildings tacitly held their fire!

He stepped onto the stone bridge, firelight blazing behind him, making him look like a lone hero.

But Ghost Face was nowhere near as calm as he looked.

He had experienced Xu Lang's blade in the first round. Xu Lang had killed him the moment they met.

Some people would have been cowed by that, but Ghost Face hated losing. He wanted to try again!

"This time, I'll take a strike from you!"
