Xu Lang looked at the Evil King.

The creature had been made by the Evil King Building. It looked utterly ordinary, yet it radiated an uncanny evil, as though it were the combined consciousness of countless Evil King Building players.

"Let me go, and I'll give you anything you want," the Evil King said calmly.

Xu Lang remained unmoved and summoned the Scarlet Shepherd Lock.

But the Evil King's next words stopped him.

"I can tell you where the Evil King Building keeps its other Building Lord tokens," the Evil King continued evenly.

He sounded as though he did not care whether he died.

"Where?" Xu Lang asked.

The Evil King suddenly smiled. "You expect me to just tell you?"

Ten minutes later, the Evil King glared viciously at Xu Lang. Being drained by the Scarlet Shepherd Lock felt like having his tendons torn out and his skin peeled away—cruel and bloody.

"Stop! I'll tell you!" Unable to bear it any longer, he let out a piercing scream.

"No need..." Xu Lang tightened his grip on the Scarlet Shepherd Lock and cranked up its power.

He already knew everything the Evil King knew.

The Evil King Building had seven Building Lord tokens. Three were held by the building and would only be handed out when hidden conditions were met. Another three lay in outposts beyond the Safe Zone, places the players had not yet reached.

The last was in a player's hands. It was called the Brutality Magatama.

And now the Brutality Magatama was gone...

"Why did I get two useless things in a row?"

The Scarlet Shepherd Lock retracted. Xu Lang looked at the card before him, a little exasperated.
