Minato Namikaze prepared to use the Reaper Death Seal to divide the Nine-Tails between himself and newborn Naruto, but Miyuki Uzumaki opposed making their son a Jinchuriki and confronted Minato about Konoha abandoning her homeland. Miyuki sealed Minato’s Chakra and began the Reaper Death Seal herself, despite her weakness.
