Eve is a fair-skinned, very slender young woman with an almost perpetually expressionless face and still, lifeless-looking eyes. 17

She is practical and focused in dangerous situations. Eve offers concise magical advice, identifies threats, and acts quickly to protect allies in battle. 17 37 41 Her persistent questioning about Pei Renli's use of Force Fist also reflects a serious interest in understanding magic. 43

Adventurer Training School

Eve is introduced as one of the few students able to cast Light. She first speaks directly with Pei Renli in the library, advising him to make his casting gestures more decisive and warning him that spell experiments are forbidden there. 17 18

Although she normally isolates herself from others, Eve approaches Pei Renli with Koura to request his help on an assignment in Curtain Star City. 28

Curtain Star City Investigation

Eve joins Pei Renli, Kaya, and Koura in pursuing a suspected human-trafficking accomplice into the city sewers. She contributes tracking magic, illumination, defensive magic, and silent coordination during their infiltration. 31 33 34

Inside the hidden facility, she investigates alchemical equipment with Pei Renli and identifies the Orange Paradise used in the illegal production of Orange Elixir. 35 38 39 The discovery of the traffickers' dead test subjects visibly unsettles her despite her composed expression. 39

Battles with Anton and Sheriff Chatin

During the fight with Anton, Eve's Enchantment magic proves ineffective against the monk's resistance, but she continues using Magic Missile to interfere and saves Pei Renli with Force Ram. 36 37

Against Sheriff Chatin, Eve repeatedly supports Kaya and Koura, identifies the effect of Chatin's enchanted warhammer, and uses Shattering Soundwave to inflict serious damage through his armor. 41 42 Chatin later breaks her protective spell and fractures her left hand, leaving her unable to raise it without a sling. 42 43
