"Xuanhuang!"
Yu Ci ground his teeth, thinking back to that fellow's two transmissions and his own experience of being trapped in Return Manor. Xuanhuang had truly given him plenty of reasons to feel that he had to find it. Therefore, Yu Ci immediately asked:
"Where is it?"
The other party used an image to answer directly. A light flashed before Yu Ci's eyes, condensed by the other's manipulation of vital Qi. It consisted of extremely simple lines, marking only the cardinal directions of southeast, northwest, along with a simple route and a few nodes in between.
"You are currently in the middle of the Boundary River. This is a route pieced together from over a hundred corners of the void separated by hundreds of millions of miles. Don't understand? Actually, you can think of voids in different locations as individual wooden boards, and the void rifts connecting them are the rivets holding the boards together. Of course, bringing together spaces that were originally not adjacent or even possessed vastly differing natures—much like the Blood Prison Ghost Manor directly bordering the cultivation world—would cause massive chaos, so void faults must exist as a buffer. The Boundary River is the trace left behind, or rather the middle ground, when void worlds are pieced together like this."
The other party's explanation was very colloquial, and Yu Ci understood. Yet, simple as the principle sounded, actually carrying it out was an unfathomably colossal undertaking. The strength and attainments in Void Divine Abilities required of Qu Wujie, who had completed this project, were truly enough to make one look up in awe.
"Slicing open three thousand worlds, penetrating boundless void... truly a boundless divine ability."
As such, such an important object was essentially hidden behind layers of the void. Without the proper method to push
