Among these, the Jade Emperor represented the will of the sect, held by the most core cultivators of the Shangqing Sect—in the vast majority of cases led personally by the Sect Master. Yet, the one who truly controlled the core of the Divine Court and provided it with an inexhaustible source of power was the Ziwei Emperor's Command.
In fact, each Emperor's Command represented an extremely supreme method. When cultivated to the ultimate extreme, one could visualize and summon deities, naturally forming peerless divine abilities.
