No one was clear on what exactly had happened, only guessing that a supreme being had intervened.

Throughout the Gate World, aside from the supreme beings of the seventh stratum, only the Zerg knew what had occurred. Someone used an unknown method to instantly and collectively transfer that massive quantity of swarms into the spirit realm.

Following that, the Zerg knew nothing more, only able to confirm the fact that all those swarms had died; the Zerg network could verify this.

At first, the Zerg did not know who had struck at them, until those sixth strata sent them sarcastic diplomatic cables. Only then did the Zerg realize everything was the work of the seventh stratum, and they began actively gathering all intelligence related to supreme beings.

The gathered intelligence made the Zerg Overmind more soberly aware of the gap between them and the seventh stratum supreme being, knowing they stood absolutely no chance of winning.
