What Dimensions Really Are

Why was the world of the Golden Banana Federation unable to connect with Earth Star?

The reason behind this situation was actually very simple and easy to understand, but not easy to resolve.

In fact, no matter what kind of worlds they were, so long as they existed within the same dimension, the living beings of those worlds could theoretically travel to other worlds within that same dimension.

However, this dimension did not refer to the multidimensional world theory that had been widely circulated on Earth Star before spiritual energy's revival.

It was not simply a two-dimensional planar world, a three-dimensional physical world, or a four-dimensional world like one in a film...

Rather, dimensions were measured by reality and illusion.

Compared to real worlds, both the virtual worlds in online games and the worlds imagined in people's minds undoubtedly belonged to lower-dimensional worlds.

When intelligent life in a low-dimensional world fantasized again, it would produce worlds of even lower dimensions than their own.

And whether low-dimensional beings wished to travel to high-dimensional worlds or high-dimensional beings wished to travel to low-dimensional worlds, both presented difficulties beyond imagination.

If a being from a fantasy world went directly to a real world without transcending itself—without ascending—even if it possessed unimaginable power, it would shatter like a dream bubble.

Likewise, people from real worlds could not actively travel to lower-dimensional worlds. Just as Li Fool had been unable to send his true body into the world of the Golden Banana Federation back then, he could only send down a portion of his consciousness.

Yet with only the consciousness of a high-dimensional world, Li Fool could still sweep the world and stand invincible in a low-dimensional world.

If numbers were used to represent dimensions, then Dimension 1 and Dimension 2 represented illusion and reality.
