Lu Xingshi leafed through the Royal Library. He had originally only wanted Earth Element Breathing Techniques and Meditation Techniques, but now that he could read everything, he certainly would not be picky.
However, he discovered that the Breathing Techniques and Meditation Techniques in the Royal Library varied wildly in quality. There were original versions as well as refined versions.
The Meditation Techniques in particular showed that the Witch Hunt had clearly not completely cut off the progress of wizards. At the very least, he could still find some Meditation Techniques here that resembled refined versions.
Yet on the level of refinement, they did not measure up to the Breathing Techniques.
Furthermore, based on his deductions, Meditation Techniques had not been improved for many years. This meant that the development of wizards had already fallen into stagnation.
Thinking about it, that made sense. After all, they could not be displayed openly.
These Meditation Techniques were actually kept in hidden corners of the library. Without someone specially leading the way, one would basically never find them.
Naturally, Lu Xingshi could have found them himself, but since he had someone guiding him, there was no need to sneak around. He could simply read them openly.
He also discovered that whether it was a Meditation Technique or a Breathing Technique, both required elemental particles. Those Transcendent methods without elements as prefixes, such as the Wild Bull Breathing Technique and the Blood Vine Meditation Method, only went as far as condensing a Transcendent Seed.
Yet the difficulty of condensing a Transcendent Seed with them was far lower than with the inherited elemental Transcendent methods.
This meant that these Transcendent methods belonged to a newer generation, which was why they had no subsequent methods.
The reason was simple: there was no road left for these methods
