Wei Wushuang is a thirty-eight-year-old Demon-Suppressing Guard lieutenant who has guarded Jiangbei City for many years. He commands substantial authority within the bureau, including private housing and exceptional benefits associated with the lieutenant rank. 3

During the raid on a Sinking Cult coffee-shop hideout, he ordered a full assault after the cultists refused to surrender and deployed bombs. He personally defeated the cult protector Bai Jiaming, captured him, and discovered that the purported Holy Son was a decoy. 3

After Mei Ye killed a cultist during the operation, Wei recognized his potential, discovered that he had reached the ninth layer of the Body Tempering Realm, and recruited him into his directly subordinate Second Team. He gave Mei the Evil-Suppressing Demon-Subduing Art ahead of schedule and authorized him to investigate the Dog Demon attack that killed his companions. 4
