On the battlefield, Kunpeng suddenly revealed his true form. His vast figure appeared above the warring armies, and he opened a mouth as enormous as a mountain. With a sharp inhale, he swallowed countless demons, then swept toward the summit at tremendous speed, close behind Di Jun.

Fuxi, Bai Ze, Shang Yang, the other Demon Saints, and the Demon Race's Great Luo cultivators followed.

The sight sent the Witch Race's morale soaring. They thought the demons were fleeing.

"Hahaha! The demons are running! Kill them! Leave none alive!" Zhurong roared. Divine flames surged skyward, and a fire dragon coiled around a demon Great Luo who had fallen behind. Within a few breaths, it burned him to ash.

"Stop them! We cannot let Di Jun and Taiyi reach the summit of Mount Buzhou!" Dijiang plunged into space to intercept the demons. At last he sensed that something was wrong. He did not know why they were heading for the summit, but stopping them was all that mattered.

"Taiyi!" Di Jun shouted.

Taiyi understood. He drew a deep breath and forced down the churning
