A hundred soldiers clad in black armor stood before Mo Lin. Their leader held a massive axe and stood over two meters tall. Clearly, he was not Scott, the Dread Knight Tang San had defeated in the original story.
"You have violated the rules and must accept punishment."
Mo Lin loosened up, formed his right hand into a dragon claw, and walked toward the black knight holding the giant axe.
"I know the rules. I just need to knock you down, right?"
"Straightforward. I like dealing with smart people." The black knight raised his giant axe and charged directly at Mo Lin.
Mo Lin continued walking at an unhurried pace, but his eyes constantly observed the possible trajectories of the black knight's axe.
What rotten luck. If my opponent were using a sword, spear, or some other weapon, I could instantly alter its trajectory no matter which direction it attacked from. Why did it have to be a heavy weapon like an axe?
In the blink of an eye, the black knight had charged in front of Mo Lin, and his giant axe came crashing down. Mo Lin brought together two fingers of his left hand, creating a small vortex. The black knight's axe swept past Mo Lin's left shoulder, while Mo Lin's right hand struck the black knight's chest. All five fingers sank in, even piercing through the armor and injuring the black knight's body.
Mo Lin withdrew his right hand, pretending that he had not been serious at all. His Dragon Claw Hand had not yet reached the level where it could tear steel apart as easily as ripping soft mud.
"How about it? Is this enough?"
The black knight rested his giant axe on his shoulder, glanced at his chest, then took out a token and said
