A voice reached the ears of the three men. The three Titled Douluo immediately went on alert, looking around and searching for whoever had approached them without their notice.
"Since you're here, stop hiding and show yourself already!"
A refined-looking black-haired man stepped out of the forest. Dressed in a white robe, he wore a gentle expression and did not look like someone fond of fighting.
"I wasn't hiding to begin with. I merely happened to arrive here."
Dugu Bo, Yue Guan, and Ghost all wore grave expressions. The man before them did not seem to possess the slightest fluctuation of Soul Power, yet the aura he gave off made all three Titled Douluo break out in cold sweat.
"I am Qiuniu. Might the three of you tell me what you were discussing just now?"
To the people of Douluo Continent, the name "Qiuniu" was merely a somewhat strange-sounding name. But if Mo Lin or Tang San had heard it, they would certainly have been greatly shocked.
Qiuniu was a divine beast from ancient Chinese mythology, the eldest son of the auspicious dragon, leader of all scaled creatures. He loved music throughout his life.
Supplementary Anecdotes on Governing the World stated: "Qiuniu, a dragon breed, has a nature that loves music." Legend had it that Qiuniu possessed the gentlest temperament among the many dragon sons. It neither lusted for killing nor sought to flaunt its ferocity, instead specializing in melody and rhythm. With the head of a dragon and the body of a snake, it had extraordinarily sharp hearing and could distinguish every sound in existence. It often crouched atop zithers to enjoy the music of plucked and strummed strings, which was why its image was carved upon the heads of zithers.
