The place Lou Gao had arranged for Grace Hall was an enormous district, specially set aside by Lou Gao, the president of the Blacksmith Association. Although Gengxin City had officials such as a city lord, they were basically useless. If Lou Gao wanted to do something, he could not stop him at all. Moreover, Mo Lin had spoken to the local Spirit Hall branch more than a decade ago, allowing the Blacksmith Association to rule Gengxin City with a free hand.
However, when Mo Lin bade Si Yu farewell and entered this district, he noticed something: it was filled with the bustle of everyday life. The residents of Soul Beast Island seemed to have completely integrated into life in Gengxin City. It did not feel at all like a place where a large group of refugees from elsewhere had settled.
