"That's right. If we negotiate with Bandai ourselves, it'll waste too much time, and it could easily give people something to talk about, making Sega look like it's throwing its weight around." Nakayama Takuya walked back to his desk and braced both hands against it. "Let Richard and those Wall Street vampires handle it. Use the same highest standard we used for Sega's internal reforms!"

"Not just an audit." Nakayama Takuya raised two fingers, his tone icy. "I want the harshest, most transparent integration plan possible! All of Bandai's underlying financial data, personnel files, and inventory records must be fully opened to Sega and subjected to line-by-line verification by third-party firms! He paused, then continued, "As for the management structure, completely break apart their original rotten system. Abolish their so-called IP Management Committee.
