Without a doubt, the level Electrolux spoke of was the legendary God Level.
Unlike the Douluo Continent, Electrolux came from the Holy Magic Continent of the Throne of Seal world. Although Gods existed in that world as well, they were more akin to Gods who had merged their beings with the Dao.
They had no real self-awareness, much less any means of interfering with how events unfolded. Otherwise, humanity on the Holy Magic Continent would never have been oppressed so badly by the Demon Clan.
Nor could Electrolux have swept across the entire continent in his era, forcibly ending humanity's golden age and making the profession of Necromancer taboo in that world. Humanity had then suffered defeat after defeat in its subsequent battles against the Demon Clan.
