Inside the observation deck of the Statue of Liberty.

A shadow slipped to the center of the hall and stopped, and Hak Foo dragged Peter out of it as he leapt free.
Bang!
They were still in midair when they kicked each other at the same time and flew off to either side.
"Pah, this guy's really agile!"
After cursing, Hak Foo cautiously took up a martial arts stance, yet his face was burning with excitement.
"Hah..."
Peter caught his breath, straightened up, and swept a casual glance around, only to find the entire observation deck packed with black-clad ninjas.
In the distance, a silver-haired man in green stood beside the observation deck with a cane in hand, calmly facing away from him as he looked down over the city below.
Whoosh!
Three more dark shadows appeared, and Finn, Chow, and Ratso were brought over by the ninjas.
"Careful, this guy's wrists can shoot extremely sticky webbing. He's very hard to deal with!"
Chow, wearing yellow glasses, cut through the webbing with his energy sword and called out a warning.
"Leave close combat to the ninjas. We'll find a chance to shoot him!"
A cold gleam flashed in Finn's eyes as he pulled out a pistol and signaled for Ratso to follow.
Without even looking, every inch the big boss, Valmont waved his right hand and silently issued the order.
"Go. Capture him."
Wielding blades and swords, the shadow ninjas charged over at high speed.
Whoosh!
Peter Parker didn't dare get careless. Finding the right moment, he raised his hand and fired webbing that stuck to the dome. His body shot high into the air, and he crouched against the dome like a giant spider.
Incoming throwing stars struck the dome with a series of clinks, all swiftly dodged
