Hearing this, Kitsuchi immediately swept his gaze over the Cloud Ninja opposite them. His expression changed as he said, "The Cloud Ninja really know how to play."

Though his words made little sense, Mabui's dark expression turned into a smile again. "All right, then why don't we go take a look together?"

Watching the smoke rise, Kisame Hoshigaki spread his hands. "This is going to be difficult."

Deidara added, "Yeah! We searched the entire treasury, seniors, but we didn't find anything that could be connected to this so-called ultimate weapon."

Sasori said coldly, "As expected, rumors can't be trusted. This trip may really have been for nothing."

Itachi Uchiha, however, said, "Not necessarily. Since it isn't in the treasury, perhaps some clues are in the hands of those four higher-ups."

Kisame Hoshigaki said, "Itachi, you mean we wait for the Four Heavenly Phenomena to arrive, then capture them directly?"

Itachi Uchiha nodded. "This may be the only way to complete the mission now. We have to seize this opportunity."

Sasori said, "Do you really believe those Stone Ninja will actually stop the Cloud Ninja?"

Itachi Uchiha said, "It doesn't matter. This is only an attempt. If it doesn't work, we'll leave directly. I doubt anyone can keep us here."

"Of course, if any of you are too weak and get surrounded, I won't bother saving you."
