Since the scene before her was basically impossible, she must have already fallen into some kind of illusion. That was not impossible.

The more she thought about it, the more reasonable it seemed.

But the Kunai flying toward her looked genuinely, exceptionally sharp.

That left her without the courage to truly abandon her defenses.

Without hesitation, she immediately began forming hand seals. As soon as she completed the final seal,

she shouted, "Mysterious Peacock Method!"

The moment her shout fell,

a dense mass of brilliantly multicolored Chakra immediately enveloped her.

Then, the Chakra gradually formed the image of a peacock spreading its tail behind her.

Facing the Kunai and Shuriken filling the sky, she quickly formed another series of hand seals. The colored Chakra suddenly transformed into a fierce tiger.

Not only did it protect her entire body, but more impressively, it swatted away the incoming Kunai and Shuriken.

Clearly, the overwhelming barrage of Kunai and Shuriken had not harmed her at all.

Once she saw that only a few Kunai and Shuriken remained, she temporarily stopped using the Mysterious Peacock Method.

Although the Mysterious Peacock Method could block all the Kunai and Shuriken,

the most important thing now was to test whether she had fallen into an illusion.

If it truly was an illusion, then merely blocking what might be an endless stream of Kunai and Shuriken would be useless, no matter how powerful the Mysterious Peacock Method was.

Then she seized an opportunity and extended one hand.

The rest of her body immediately dodged the attacks of the other Kunai and Shuriken.

A Kunai swiftly sliced across the back of her outstretched hand.

She immediately felt a sharp sting.

Then she saw a bloody line emerge across the back of her hand.

Blood soon began to drip down.
