Green could no longer descend upon the Wizard World as he had during his days as a low-level Stigmata Sorcerer, with nothing more than a simple declaration and record.
Green's power had become far too great. Any careless movement of his could cause distortions in time and space and inflict tremendous damage upon the ecological balance of lesser creatures. That did not matter in foreign worlds, but in the Wizard World, if True Spirit Sorcerers all walked about without restraint, ordinary humans would likely be unable to reproduce on any large scale. Their frail bodies even required the careful cultivation of sorcerers within sorcerer towers before they could multiply throughout the Wizard World in villages and towns.
This was the limitation of the Wizard World.
Thus, after much deliberation, Green, who wished to descend upon the Wizard World, decided to seek out Mina, the Summer Guardian, and have her place an external seal upon him. Only then could he minimize the damage he would cause to the Wizard World for a period of time and descend there in his true body.
Taking out his crystal ball, Green sat within the Void Mothership with Little Eight perched upon his shoulder. Ripples spread forth, and through the Wizard's Will, he contacted Mina, who was guarding the entrance to the Underground Abyss near the Annihilation Tower in District Twenty-Two of the Wizard Continent.
