Green slowly stepped down from the utterly empty altar.
"Black Isotta definitely has other motives."
Upon learning that the enemy drawn here by Heartless Hunter's plan for the Stigmata Wizards was the Bone Demon World with which he had long traded through Three-Headed Bone-Burst Soul—its true name being the Nightmare Bone Demon World—Green instead felt somewhat reassured. It truly was an exceedingly distant world.
If that was the case, it would be utterly impossible for it to overlap with the Wizard World in such a short time.
After leaving the altar and exiting the underground hall, Green leaned on the Extreme Abyss Magic Staff, intending to depart alone, when two mysterious wizards appeared to have been waiting for quite some time at the hall's entrance.
"Master Annihilation Tower!"
Both wizards were Level 6 beings, and their auras were remarkably similar.
Eerie black ice formed several hundred crystals scattered in every direction. Beneath the Face of Truth, Green's tricolored eyes stared intently. These black ice crystals formed large and small chaotic force fields among themselves, shielding the two like layers upon layers of protective barriers. Moreover, when the two were together, these force fields could actually influence one another and become even stronger.
These force fields blocked Green's perceptive senses. The interior of the barriers was pitch-black; even Green could not probe their true nature.
Without question, these were two exceptionally powerful Stigmata Wizards, subordinate Stigmata responsible for guarding the Third-Ring Holy Tower region, akin to the subordinate Stigmata of the left and right envoys of light and darkness at the Seven-Ring Holy Tower.
"Mo Bing and Evil Crystal, Stigmata Wizards?"
Green recalled the Third-Ring Holy Tower's famed three great subordinate Stigmata: Black Meteorite, Mo Bing, and Evil Crystal. Aside from their similar elemental systems, all were masters of forbidden magic
