He reached out.
With a crack, Green snatched the Immortal-Slaying Broken Sword from the air. He first swept his gaze around. Several chaos creatures hid within the cracks between the stones like black coal balls, too afraid to approach. Weak, cunning, and fiercely aggressive, they occupied a place in the Chaos World much like grasses and plants in the Wizard World—found everywhere, yet noticed by no one.
Like a rolling screen, after Vanta World had been chaosified and passed through its initial brief calm, the gray world gradually began to be occupied by true chaos creatures pouring in from the Chaos World.
Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh...
Large numbers of metal robots came under indiscriminate attack from the chaos creatures. Losing power, they fell from the sky and became scrap, rapidly corroding away at a rate visible to the naked eye.
Vanta World seemed trapped beneath an enormous dome. Strange chaos creatures flickered in and out of sight, crawling along its edges.
"Ha..."
After a brief period of adjustment, the Chaos Sleeper had fully awakened.
After setting aside the alarm clock that still went "tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock," the yawning old man seemed to be carrying out the ordinary daily routine of an elderly person: washing up, breakfast, reading the newspaper, basking in the sun. Repetitive, dull, and lonely. An unfathomable depth shone from his bleary eyes. No one knew what he was thinking. Like the Mad Evil Martial Saint wielding the Slaying Immortals Sword, he simply had not noticed the existence of chaos—yet others were already living within the chaos he had created.
"Could this be some manifested expression of higher-dimensional rules? Does it mean that others survive within his thoughts? Is this the meaning of chaos power's existence in the Endless World?"
Green muttered to himself
