On the Gem Sea en route to East Coral Island, Mystery's Myriad-Headed Bird, carrying Little Eight, plunged headfirst into the seawater. After a brief silence upon the churning waves, Mystery's Myriad-Headed Bird suddenly soared back up, its dozens of heads clutching sea creatures of all sizes in their beaks.

The ostrich-like heads all tossed back their necks, swallowing the smaller sea creatures whole. As for a bizarre giant fish six or seven meters long, more than ten heads tore it apart and bloodily devoured it.

"Caw caw caw, Little Wan, eat more and grow your eightieth head sooner."

Little Eight was overjoyed.

Meanwhile, Green stood steadily atop the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab as it flew, holding a book of sorcery knowledge in his hands and studying it closely. Even while traveling, he was unwilling to waste a single moment.

Whoosh...

Suddenly, the waves surged. The massive shadows of the Thousand-Eyed Giant Crab and Mystery's Myriad-Headed Bird flashed across the sea's surface. Sailors aboard a hundred-meter oceangoing ship ran onto the broad deck, excitedly pointing and gesturing, their eyes filled with shock and disbelief.

In truth, wizards appeared frequently throughout the Wizard World and were not uncommon. Otherwise, so many legends about wizards would not have spread among the common folk. What truly barred understanding between wizards and ordinary people was the difference in their levels of life.

For Green, the Gem Sea was something he crossed often. Yet after commoners saw Green once, they would have no chance to see him a second time.
