"Hmm!? These creatures' biological forms—this, this, this... what in the world was going on!?"
The Years Willow Vine stood a thousand meters tall before Ore Mine Mountain, staring at the hundreds of differently shaped creatures trickling out from the mountain range, its expression tinged with surprise.
Some of these creatures were large, some small, and some even formed tiny swarming colonies!
There were elemental types, nature fairy types, flesh-and-blood types, soul forms—monsters of every strange and bizarre shape, like an exhibition hall of a monster world!
Every one of them brimmed with a savage, bloodthirsty aura, as though their sole reason for existing was slaughter. An invisible will was commanding their actions.
What kind of terrifying world of rules was this, to be capable of breeding so many differently shaped monsters?
Roar!
What the giant willow found even harder to believe was that these weak creatures actually dared to charge at it of their own accord, like a pack of soulless husks.
Its aura as a superior life-form, a World Lord, had failed to make these lowly insects feel fear?
Rumble...
Only a few hundred or thousand vanguard slave legions had emerged. Their quality varied, but they posed no threat whatsoever to the giant willow. Compared to that, probing this unknown world for information and resources through the world rift was the priority.
Three natal willow branches gathered all the power of the Years Willow Vine World Lord and snapped out like colossal whips. The piercing frictional screech of space being torn apart became invisible waves of sound that rippled outward layer upon layer, shattering hundreds of Wizard World soul slave monsters into fragments.
Some exceptionally gifted monsters actually reformed after being shattered to pieces. In the Endless World, there was no end to the strange things one might find.
