Luo Yunji stood beneath a towering wave that appeared out of nowhere, as if a crack had split open in the sky. The wave surged out of it and crashed down toward everyone.
"I can't stop it in time!" Wu Dayi said glumly as he watched the wave bear down on them. He turned and ran, not forgetting to explain that there was nothing he could do.
