Luo Yunji killed Yun Yilan and Shangguan Ce, then returned to the battle against Li Jingzhi as the fight intensified. Su Ru went into labor during the battle, while Luo Yunji organized the others to prepare a combined Divine Sword Thunder Command True Art against Li Jingzhi.

The Asura Demon God remained at large, and two months later the recovered disciples set out to pursue him as the women of Big Bamboo Peak chose to follow.

• Tian Buyi stopped Luo Yunji from pursuing the Asura Demon God, and the Big Bamboo Peak disciples celebrated the newborn and prepared to return to the mountain.
• At Black Bamboo Pavilion, Daoxuan explained the elders’ plans to retire on Spirit Mountain, while Tian Buyi warned that the Asura Demon God might be heading for Mount Huqi.
• Bi Yao learned that Wan Renwang was alive but possessed by demonic power, and she and Zhang Xiaofan quietly left to bring him to Spirit Mountain.

Luo Yunji sacrificed himself to attack the Demon God, but the Demon God and Mr. Ghost opened the Nether Abyss until a colossal presence began to emerge and three Deities arrived.

• Li Jingzhi stopped Mr. Ghost from pulling the black sword out of Luo Yunji and revealed that Mr. Ghost was his eldest senior brother, who had used the Ghost Scroll to possess others and allied with the Demon God.
• Mr. Ghost admitted that he had set the Ghost King’s Four Spirits Blood Array to bring the Demon God into the world, but Li Jingzhi explained that the formation would have summoned it from Mount Huqi regardless.
• Li Jingzhi struck Mr. Ghost away and helped Luo Yunji recover, while Luo Yunji declared he had no regrets and unleashed his life-consuming divine art against the Demon God.

• After searching the Divine Land, Wildlands, and Hundred Thousand Mountains for decades without success, Tian Buyi followed the scent of roasting meat to a clearing where six familiar disciples gathered.
• Tian Buyi initially mistook the scene for a memory, but Su Ru and the others arrived, and Song Daren and Lin Jingyu embraced the people in the clearing.
