I'm truly grateful for everyone's companionship. Your subscriptions and comments have been Old Ye's greatest motivation to keep writing until now.

After all, this story ran for several million words. There were highs and creative slumps alike, and it was only thanks to everyone's understanding that I made it this far. Thank you!

Next, I'll write a few side stories. I saw all the comments everyone left before; if Old Ye is capable of writing them, I'll do so. As for side stories about other competitions that would be too difficult, I'll let those go. But side stories like Huang Kaiwen competing with his children and grandchildren—I'll definitely write those.

After finishing this book, I'll start preparing the next one.

Actually, this book stopped getting recommendations quite early last year. Huiye leaving meant that the editor who signed me for this book was gone, so it didn't count toward the new editor's performance.

Old Ye still kept writing all the way through with a level head. I should praise myself for that too.
