Smack!
A heavy foot came down, crushing a golden Canoptek Scarab.
These cockroach-like creatures slowly crawled up from the black abyss beneath the corridor.
They scuttled swiftly across the ground, closing in on them.
They could crush them underfoot. Though their shells were hard, they were not tougher than Living Metal or some ultra-hard Tau Empire alloy.
But there were simply too many of them, forcing everyone to stay on high alert.

On both sides, four expeditionary soldiers wielding flamethrowers unleashed flames that could devour everything.
After spewing a blast of fire hotter than six thousand degrees Celsius, they immediately moved closer to Cisrain.
They reported the situation to the Governor who had come to reinforce them.

Cisrain swung the Emperor's Sword at the Canoptek Scarabs. It was like using a divine weapon to chop vegetables; killing these Scarabs was practically useless.
Among the group calling his name, Cisrain noticed something seemed to be driving the Necrons onward. Sharp blades swept over the Necrons' heads, and a figure larger and more imposing than
