At the chief conference, a chart of operational data from the Megastructure Synapse Condenser soon appeared before them.
Calculating each particle drove the Synapse Condenser's power consumption to a peak. To calculate every particle in a human body, the data required for its positioning, if stored on 1TB discs, would exceed the distance from Terra to the moon.
The data currently being processed by Gamma World exceeded the equivalent of several dozen Terra-to-moon distances.
"Something seems off. The energy consumption and database usage are far higher than during our previous simulation tests. Strange."
Upon seeing such enormous energy consumption, the people of Gamma Laboratory all revealed shocked expressions.
Of course, energy consumption was not something they needed to worry about. Let it consume what it consumed; Gamma World had energy to spare. The data calculations, however, might prevent them from resurrecting this human.
