"Silent King, this is the agreement we established!" A phaeron presented Szarekh with the protocol for controlling the Megastructure Synapse Condenser, letting Szarekh decide. At the same time, he was forcing the others to abandon the agreement and reshuffle the stakes. At the very least, if he could not gain control of the protocol himself, then no one else could be allowed to gain it either.
Szarekh hesitated.
