Raiders elsewhere soon encountered small detachments of Gamma World's main forces. Though these forces numbered only a few hundred, every one of them was elite—at the very least, they were on the level of Space Marines.
Only when they encountered Gamma World's absolute elite did the forces of Chaos understand just how difficult Gamma World was to conquer.
