Dressed in a nun's habit, Theresa wheeled her small suitcase toward the airport ahead.
Logically speaking, as the granddaughter of Schicksal's bishop, Theresa could be considered the highest-ranking princess in the world. After all, Schicksal was the most powerful force in the world, and Otto Apocalypse held the highest status. Even kings and presidents of nations had to respectfully bow before Otto Apocalypse.
It was much like the Middle Ages, especially in Europe and America. If Bishop Otto Apocalypse was dissatisfied with a certain leader, that person would be removed without the slightest room for compromise. And if Otto Apocalypse wanted to support someone as king, it took only a word from him.
The divine right of kings!
Otto Apocalypse was like the pope of the Holy See in medieval Europe—or rather... he was Schicksal's pope. They simply habitually called him bishop. As Otto Apocalypse's granddaughter, Theresa's status went without saying.
Yet although Otto Apocalypse had created Theresa and doted on her greatly because she resembled Kallen so closely... even giving her the name Theresa. The name Theresa meant "god's gift," but Otto Apocalypse had never truly educated her. ...Theresa had grown up alongside Cecilia, and because of her frequent contact with Cecilia, Theresa had developed a very upright personality and worldview.
Theresa was righteous, brave, and fair. Most importantly... she held love and tolerance, protection and hope for this world.
Because Otto Apocalypse had never educated Theresa, she had not inherited even a trace of his cold nature. So although Theresa's status was extremely high, she was just like an ordinary girl, without any spoiled habits whatsoever.
Theresa could have taken a Schicksal helicopter directly to the Far East, but after thinking it over, she decided it would be better to keep things ordinary and catch a regular flight
