Paper Butterfly looked at Fu Hua, who had suddenly stopped beside her, not quite understanding. They were almost at their destination, so why had she suddenly stopped walking? Had she changed her mind?
"Wait."
Fu Hua did not explain. She simply turned to look behind them.
"Oh..."
Though she was extremely anxious—after all, the person she loved could not be delayed any longer—she said nothing.
As she stood in the corridor with Fu Hua and looked behind them, it was not long before an adorable little girl whom no one could possibly dislike came running over. It was Princess Kaguya, who combined cuteness and beauty in one.
"Why are you walking so fast? You didn't even wait for me."
Princess Kaguya jogged over to Fu Hua's side and spoke in a somewhat displeased tone.
"..."
Cang Xiaoxuan, standing nearby, immediately looked speechless at the little Kaguya. She had clearly been the one who said earlier that she was not coming.
"Let's go!"
Although she knew Princess Kaguya was throwing a little tantrum, Fu Hua did not say anything to her. There was no need. She merely took Kaguya's little hand and politely nodded to Paper Butterfly.
"Yes..."
Naturally, Paper Butterfly said nothing either. She still needed Fu Hua's help.
"It's here."
The four of them had only walked a few steps before arriving at the door of a room. Paper Butterfly stood before it and pushed it open.
"Careful!"
The instant Paper Butterfly opened the door, Fu Hua seemed to sense something. She hurriedly grabbed the shrine maiden and pulled her behind herself.
Just as she did, a figure lunged out through the doorway.
"A zombie!"
Fu Hua froze when she saw the figure before her... She had just said that the shrine was protected by divine
