Leone and Lubbock had taken the initiative to accompany Taeko to the Imperial Capital to rescue Chelsea... but they had not told Najenda. It counted as acting on their own behind her back.
They had mainly been worried that Najenda would refuse because it conflicted with the Revolutionary Army's plans. Though they knew Najenda was not that kind of person, they could not help worrying.
So they had still said nothing.
"Chelsea is our companion. We can't just stand by and do nothing while she's in trouble. Even if it's a dragon's pool or tiger's den, we have to brave it. It's just a pity..."
Lubbock nodded in agreement. Although the person he liked was Boss Najenda, he was somewhat lecherous... especially toward a gentle senior like Taeko. How could he possibly watch her go alone to such a dangerous place?
