"Kagome, come with me."
After everyone had finished eating at the shrine, Yae Sakura suddenly spoke to Kagome, who was about to get up. Without waiting for her, she headed outside.
"Huh?"
Kagome looked a little confused, but she did not ask any questions. She simply followed behind Yae Sakura until they reached a quiet pavilion.
"Sister Sakura, what is it?"
She moved closer to the beautiful fox lady before her, catching the faint scent of cherry blossoms on her, her eyes filled with curiosity.
"More accurately, I'm not looking for you, but the one inside your body."

Hearing that, Kagome's eyes widened. She wondered if she had misheard. Why did Yae Sakura want to see that annoying person? Had something happened again?
Though deeply puzzled, Kagome hesitated for a few seconds before agreeing.
She closed her eyes. When Kagome opened them again, she was clearly the same person, yet she gave off an entirely different feeling, as though she had become someone else in an instant.
"Kikyo... I'll still call you Kikyo. Perhaps we should have a proper talk."
It was better to keep calling Kikyo's dark side Kikyo. Some matters had to be resolved face-to-face. Since sealing her alone could not solve the problem, they would have to try another approach.
"We have nothing to talk about."
