Don't be fooled by the high prices in the game... prices in the real Teyvat weren't nearly that outrageous. An ordinary member of the Knights of Favonius seemed to earn only around a thousand Mora a month.

Paimon took the pouch of Mora and hugged it tightly as though it were treasure! It was her first time owning so much Mora.
"It's already noon, and now that we have money... why don't we go to Good Hunter for a big meal?" Paimon swallowed and spoke eagerly.
When it came to Mondstadt's most famous restaurant, it had to be Good Hunter. It was also Mondstadt's biggest supplier of meat. However, compared to more common eateries... Good Hunter was pricier. A Knights of Favonius member's salary wouldn't even cover a few days of meals there.
