"Eh! Another mascot!"
Faced with Higokumaru's sales pitch, Amber's attention instead locked onto Higokumaru herself.
Looking at Higokumaru floating in the air, then at Lumine and Paimon behind her, Amber could not help but be astonished!
"Could it be that all travelers from other lands have mascots now?"
"What are you talking about? How could this Fishball possibly be a mascot!"
"I've said it so many times, Paimon isn't a mascot!"
Amber's words instantly set both mascots off! They glared at her indignantly.
"Compared to Paimon, you even have fox ears and a tail, don't you? How strange!"
Completely ignoring their protests, Amber compared Higokumaru with Paimon. Though they looked quite similar! Both were tiny mascots capable of flying through the air, Higokumaru looked more like a fox girl.
"What's so strange about that! You actually said that about this Fishball? I curse you to never have toilet paper when you need the bathroom, to pay higher prices for groceries, and to hit hard pity on every supply pull! No, not even hard pity."
Staring at the girl before her, Higokumaru delivered an extremely vicious curse.
"You mascot, making such a vicious curse! But it's useless. The Anemo Archon watches over me, so your curse won't work on me."
Taking several steps back, Amber realized that Higokumaru and Paimon truly had completely different personalities.
"You said it yourself—the Anemo Archon has been fooling you. Just wait and see!"
"Higokumaru, don't be rude to a customer."
Just as Higokumaru was about to say more, the Herrscher of the Void stopped her. Amber was her customer now... her cash crop. What if she decided not to buy anything after being spoken to like that?
Though... the Herrscher of the Void did not really believe Amber could resist the temptation of five-star weapons.
