Bronya found Keqing's two gifts very much to her liking. They were exactly what she needed right now, sparing her the trouble of buying them herself. Besides, even if she had tried to buy them... she would not have been able to get the best location and estate.
She accepted the deeds, planning to go take a look later. Now that she had a good place to stay, why keep living at an inn?
"Keqing, this is...?"
Bronya turned to Ningguang. Although she knew Ningguang, this was their first meeting, so naturally she could not act as though they knew each other. If Ningguang asked why, it would be difficult to explain. Too troublesome.
"Greetings, Miss Bronya. I assume you have heard of me. I am Ningguang, the Qixing's Tianquan. Shall we make a deal?" Ningguang spoke up before Keqing needed to answer. Her presence was overwhelming... far greater than Keqing's. Someone weak-willed might not even dare raise their head to look at her.
"With a thought, she commands rivers and mountains; all know Tianquan stands supreme! How could one be in Liyue and not know Tianquan?"
The Liyue Qixing oversaw all commercial operations in Liyue Harbor. Their lofty positions naturally drew countless covetous eyes, and they all shared the belief that caution was the key to longevity. Showing their faces in public was not their preferred style.
Yet among the Qixing, Ningguang, the Tianquan Star, was the sole exception. Since arriving in Liyue, the Qixing member Bronya had heard mentioned most often was Ningguang.
Everyone could speak at length, as if they knew Ningguang inside and out. Yet the stories each person told were never quite the same, sometimes differing wildly.
But there was one point everyone agreed upon: "Lady Ningguang knows everything."
