After spending the night at Diluc's tavern, Theresa and Klee went their separate ways the next day.
Theresa had left her name with the Knights of Favonius and told Klee that if the Knights really held her accountable, she only needed to tell them about Theresa and pin the matter of blowing up the confinement room entirely on her.
Though that still felt a little contrived. After all, how could she have only blown up the confinement room? They might still suspect Klee. At that point, Klee only needed to say that Theresa had been unable to stand seeing them lock up her friend, so she had blown up the confinement room.
If they still did not believe her, then there was nothing to be done!
Besides, given Jean and the others' personalities, there was no way they would make Klee unable to see the next day's sun. They might get angry, but it would blow over soon enough.
So it was not as serious as she had imagined...
After parting with Klee, Theresa switched back to her Herrscher Kiana appearance. That way, no one would know she was yesterday's Theresa.

Herrscher Kiana opened the quest interface and looked at the completed side quest. The rewards... were decent! Lu Ming could come out and move around for three days, and there was also an Evangelion Armament Supply Card.
"Lu Ming, do you want to come out now?"
Herrscher Kiana asked Lu Ming in her mind.
[Lu Ming: Go take care of your business first! Once you're done, I'll come out for a stroll.]
"All right! Then I'll finish the two side quests involving Little Amy first."
