"Looks like there aren't any crabs left around here!"
They had searched all the little beaches nearby. They had caught every crab they could, while the rest had been startled and scurried away.
"How many crabs have we caught now?"
Higokumaru tied up the crabs in her hands and curiously looked at Lumine and the others. Although Big Sis had not caught many crabs... no one said anything. After all, their crab feast would definitely depend on Big Sis.
Crabs did not need much preparation anyway. Whether steamed or boiled, they could be cooked and eaten right away.
"Probably around twenty or thirty. That should be enough for us, right?" Paimon gave them a rough glance. She was not sure of the exact number, but there were quite a few.
The crabs had all been tied up with vines and could not escape at all. Their large front claws were useless too. Still, every one of them looked lively.
"That's already so many! But... with Paimon and Higokumaru here, it still won't be enough."
Although there seemed to be plenty of crabs, considering Paimon and Higokumaru's appetites, they did not seem nearly sufficient.
"That's true... Paimon alone will eat half of them, right? How about we don't let Paimon eat any?"
Higokumaru clapped her hands and made the suggestion.
"How can you say that? Paimon worked hard to catch so many crabs, so why shouldn't Paimon get to eat them? Besides... Higokumaru, you eat even more than Paimon! If anyone shouldn't eat, it should be you."
Paimon was unwilling to accept Higokumaru's words. She had excitedly caught so many crabs. Why should she not be allowed to eat them? Absolutely not!
"Alright, I have other food with me too. If there isn't enough, I'll share it with everyone!"
